Why you should not have Coffee on Candida Diet?

When you are suffering from candida infection, you have to avoid various foods in order to stop candida overgrowth. You have to give up alcohol, junk food, some fruits etc. But it has been observed that the hardest thing to give up is the coffee.

Caffeine is one of the foods that you must avoid when you are fighting candida. Caffeine is anyways bad for your health, so avoiding coffee is really good for your overall health.

Alternative Solutions

Since there is no coffee on candida diet, there are some other options you can try:

1. Decaf Coffee  – Decaf coffee is coffee that has had almost all of the caffeine removed. Decaf is loaded with antioxidants and has many health benefits.

2. Herbal Teas – It’s an healthy alternative to coffee. In the recent past lots of people are switching to herbal teas even if they don’t have any medical condition. Nettle Leaf tea is the recommended herbal tea which helps your blood circulation and flushes out candida toxins.

3. Replace your cup of coffee with a cup of tea, it’s much lower in caffeine.

4. The healthiest option is to stop caffeine altogether to speed up your recovery from candida yeast infection.
